.. I was looking for some land to build a super efficient residential unit or duplex for both family use and rental income. Ideally I wanted something in Duluth or along the North Shore. My budget was small and I was not looking to build anything too quickly. Casey helped me get an urban infill lot in Silver Bay very close to the Superior Hiking Trail. Because Casey knew what I was looking for she actually contacted me about another property that came up for sale in Duluth. While I was not looking for another property, this one was exceptional. Casey helped me put together a competitive bid and we won bidding. This was an exceptional and rare property, and was only on the market for a week. I only got this property because Casey was well informed and proactive. I appreciate her responsiveness and knowledge in the region. I look forward to working with her again in the future.
