I must say Realtors in general have a tough job and she is the best. Not only was I trying to sell my house but I was going through some personal stuff as well and Casey was so cool and understanding and very Patient. Casey and I discussed everything from price to what things I could do to ready the house for sale. I always felt like she really wanted my input at all times and I knew that she would get my house sold. Casey did an awesome marketing campaign and the photographer she uses is awesome too. I was nervous the house would not sell in a timely manner or at all which was ridiculous on my end, but Casey was always positive and made me feel assured everything would work out and it sure did. I had a FSBO. His client was my only issue. His client came to my open house. At first, his client stated he did not have a realtor. He made a full price offer with no closing costs.
