After listing with her Alicia's team were on it the next day ,sign in yard ,professional pictures were taken and before we knew it we were on are way ,showing requests started coming in . That was nice after no one trying our selves .We really like the showing time app witch made it incredibly easy for whole showing progress . He made a full price offer with no closing costs. I had multiple offers but I decided I'd accepted his offer. I hired someone for the paperwork. 1-2 days later, I got a call from Eric saying he was the buyers realtor. I had to terminate my contract with the person I hired and then worked through Eric. I lost count of how many showings she took us to on the weekends and in the evenings and how many offers she wrote for us (really good ones I might add that were still denied.) When she easily could have been tired of showing us homes, she kept on and NEVER pressured us into a house just to close a sale.
